    concept estimate package is in your portal — full pack with specs, glazier inclusions (viridian flushglaze) and interior budget assumptions. estimate due back 22 may. two RFIs still open: cladding spec on section A2, and the suspended slab edge on the north elevation. we're meeting tuesday 21 may at 2pm to walk through the estimate together.

    naomi signed off the final sketch. ECI is in place. we've moved straight into concept and the structural approach is being detailed with the engineer this week. i'll send the prelim engineer review for your input by friday.
